Your 60 minute private prenatal appointment will cover topics such as breastfeeding, pumping (exclusive and/or for return back to work), milk storage and more.

Additional topics discussed include breastfeeding multiples if applicable, breastfeeding in the NICU and beyond, colostrum harvesting (after 38 weeks), starting solids and any other concerns raised.

*Classes can be paid for out of pocket using a Healthcare or Flexible Spending Account, or you can choose to use your insurance.

Some insurances consider lactation classes as a "visit" and may reduce the number of postpartum visits you are eligible for. Check with your insurance company for more details.
